SakuraDIY provides digital design tools and digital PNG/PDF exports. Digital downloads only; nothing is shipped.
Digital delivery
Free previews are available before payment. A paid export is delivered through the SakuraDIY editor after Paddle confirms the payment and the account has the required access.
Subscriptions
Signed-in subscribers can manage or cancel their plan from the billing portal in the Dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal; access remains subject to the plan terms shown at checkout.
Refund requests
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles payment disputes and refunds under its customer terms. For a delivery or access problem, contact support@sakuradiy.com with the account email, plan, and transaction reference. Do not send full card details.
